“Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau University” NPJSC (Kokshetau, Republic of Kazakhstan) on April 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. will hold the traditional International Scientific and Practical Conference “Shokan Readings” on the topic:

“New Horizons of Science and Education in the Era of Artificial Intelligence”

Master’s students, doctoral students, faculty members, and researchers of higher education institutions and research institutes are invited to participate.

The purpose of the conference is to discuss current problems and prospects for the development of various fields of modern science in the following areas:

  1. Arts & Humanities
    Arts and design, history, languages, literature, linguistics.
  2. Engineering & Technology
    Civil engineering, computer science, data science, engineering and technology, mechanical engineering, mining engineering.
  3. Life Sciences & Medicine
    Agriculture, biology, medicine, psychology.
  4. Natural Sciences
    Chemistry, physics, ecology.
  5. Social Sciences & Management
    Accounting and finance, business, economics, education, hospitality and tourism, law, sports.

Requirements for Formatting Conference Materials

Submission deadline: April 10, 2026. Materials submitted after the deadline or not meeting the requirements will not be considered or returned.

  • Article text (file name: “Section_Subsection_First author’s surname_article”, for example: 1_Bakeneev_article)
  • Payment receipt
  • For authors without an academic degree – a review signed by a Doctor / Candidate of Sciences or PhD (scanned copy: jpg or pdf).

Requirements for the Article Text

  • Length: 2-5 pages
  • Format: WinWord, RTF
  • Font: Times New Roman, size 14
  • Line spacing 1
  • Margins 20 mm
  • Text originality: ≥ 70%

Formatting of Title and Author Information

  • Article title — CAPITAL LETTERS, BOLD, CENTERED
  • Author information (each author on a separate line, centered):
  • Surname, first name, patronymic
  • Place of work
  • Contact e-mail
  • All information must be provided in three languages: Kazakh, Russian, and English

Article Structure

  • Abstract (in three languages)
  • Keywords
  • Thematic classifier: UDC/BBK or other classification indices
  • Main text
  • References (in the original language)

References in the text should be indicated in square brackets, for example: [5].

Notes

  • The conference proceedings will be compiled by direct copying, therefore articles must be carefully edited and strictly comply with all requirements.
  • Participation certificates are issued only to authors who made presentations at plenary or sectional sessions.
